Using Playaway View

Shortcuts

Lock/Unlock: HOME + VOLUME DOWN

Press the buttons at the same time to Lock/Unlock the player.

Reboot:

Insert the end of a paper clip into the hole at the bottom of the player to Reboot. Press Power to turn the player back on.

Battery Life

Playaway View^® is powered with an internal lithium ion rechargeable battery. We recommend that you fully charge the player before using (approximately 4 hours or until the charging symbol disappears from the battery icon). One full charge should provide up to 8 hours of continuous play time.

When 10% of the battery life remains, the battery icon will begin flashing in the corner of the screen while in play mode. Please charge immediately to avoid losing power. When the charge is critically low, a large battery icon will flash on the screen and power down.

Note: The battery cannot be accessed or taken out of the player. Read more safety information here.

Menu Screens

Play

Press the Play button to select and begin playing video.

Videos

Press the forward button to scroll through all the videos
contained on the video player.

Settings

Low Light - For use in situations where there isn't much light (i.e. dark room)

Standard - Default option

Bright - For use in situations where there is a lot of light (i.e. outside)
